Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
1) Acceptance of Terms By participating in the Alien Traders Hub Affiliate Program (“Program”)
You acknowledge and agree to be bound by these comprehensive Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you are advised not to participate in the Program.
Only individuals with the AliBull avatar are eligible to apply for our affiliate program.
2) Membership and Payment
2.1 To become an affiliate, you must register with a valid economic entity, such as a Limited Liability Company (LLC), Societate cu Raspundere Limitata (SRL), Person of Authorized Individual (PFA), or equivalent legal entity recognized in your jurisdiction.
2.2 Affiliates shall be entitled to receive a commission of fifteen percent (15%) on the net sales value of products that are sold through their unique affiliate link and 5% for second-level affiliates (child affiliates).
A child affiliate is a member who bought ATH products through your affiliate link and he/she becomes an affiliate too.
The commission percentage is subject to modification at the sole discretion of Alien Traders Hub.
The net commission means the percentage of the commission from the total price without 19% VAT (Romanian VAT) automatically added to the total price.
2.3 Commission payments will be processed based on the payment terms established by Alien Traders Hub. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payment information to facilitate proper compensation. Payments will be issued on a monthly basis.
2.4. Between the 1st and 5th of each month, the affiliate has to send us the invoice for the commission from the previous month. If we do not receive it, the commission will be carried over to the next month. Payments will be made monthly, between the 10th and 15th of the month.
3) Affiliate Responsibilities
3.1 Affiliates are expected to conduct themselves ethically and uphold the reputation of Alien Traders Hub. This includes promoting products and services in a transparent and honest manner.
3.2 Affiliates shall refrain from making any false or misleading claims regarding Alien Traders Hub products, such as asserting “guaranteed profits” or “guaranteed success” as a result of product usage. Such actions will lead to the elimination of the affiliate from the program.
3.3 Affiliates acknowledge and accept the responsibility for maintaining the accuracy, confidentiality, and security of their personal and account information, including login credentials.
4) Termination
4.1 Alien Traders Hub reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s membership in the Program if the affiliate breaches any provisions of these Terms or engages in unethical or deceptive practices that reflect adversely upon Alien Traders Hub’s reputation.
4.2 In the event of termination, the affiliate’s access to the Program, affiliate links, and associated benefits shall be immediately deactivated. Furthermore, any outstanding and unpaid commissions shall be forfeited.

5) Dispute Resolution
5.1 Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and the Program shall be resolved through a mediation process conducted in accordance with the laws of Romania.
5.2 The mediation proceedings shall take place in Romania, and both parties shall engage in good faith efforts to reach an amicable resolution through mediation. Alternatively, the parties may choose to conduct the mediation through remote communication channels such as Skype or other suitable communication methods.
6) Limitation of Liability
6.1 Except as mandated by applicable law, Alien Traders Hub shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with an affiliate’s participation in the Program.
7) Indemnification
7.1 Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold Alien Traders Hub, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of their actions, representations, or participation in the Program
8) Modifications
8.1 Alien Traders Hub retains the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or any part thereof, including these Terms, without prior notice to affiliates.
8.2 In the event of any changes to these Terms, Alien Traders Hub will communicate such changes to affiliates through appropriate channels
8.3 We reserve the right to modify the commission. Any changes will be announced at least 30 days prior to taking effect.
9) Entire Agreement
9.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between affiliates and Alien Traders Hub with respect to the Affiliate Program and supersede any prior understandings, agreements, or representations.
Additional Notes:
You can request a discount coupon to promote your affiliate account. The request should be made from your affiliate account. The maximum discount allowed is 10%.
You will receive a commission not only on the first order made by a person who used your affiliate link but also on any other future orders. Essentially, you will receive lifetime commissions every time a person you refer places an order on the website.
There is no limit on the monthly commission that an affiliate can earn.
You are not eligible to receive a commission for your own orders.
Once you have been rejected from the affiliate program due to violating the terms and conditions, you cannot become an affiliate again.
Additionally, I’d like to offer a suggestion to our affiliates, outlining ways they can effectively promote ATH products. They have the opportunity to leverage popular platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, TikTok, and others. Furthermore, they can take advantage of freely available software tools like DaVinci Resolve for PC and CapCut for mobile devices to edit promotional materials. Moreover, affiliates can enhance their promotional efforts by utilizing OBS to record their screens on PCs or laptops. In addition, creating captivating thumbnails can be achieved with platforms such as Canva.
How to become an affiliate?
You need to go to your customer account under “My Account” and choose the option “Register as an affiliate.” After you apply, your account will be reviewed and approved or declined within 48-72 hours.
Fill in the fields and apply for the Alien Affiliates program. If you don’t have a website, you can use one of your social media accounts or leave it blank. We kindly ask you to complete the remaining fields and ensure that you understand and agree to the affiliate terms and conditions.
In the Profile section, you can customize your affiliate identifier with your name, brand, etc. Additionally, you can request a coupon of up to 10% to attract potential customers to make purchases from you, considering the reduced price compared to the regular site pricing.
If you wish to share a link to a different page than the Home page, navigate to the site, copy everything in the URL after www.alientradershub.com, and paste it into the blank field under Page URL.
